What is this site for?
We created this site to assist our clients in saving time while cancelling any products or protections they added on when purchasing or leasing their automobile.

What do I do to cancel my product?
If you know which product you want to cancel then just print out the PDF cancellation form and complete it. You will then be prompted to select how you paid for the vehicle upon purchase and other information needed to complete your cancellation and get your pro-rated refund.

I don't know which cancellation form to use?
The forms are listed at the bottom of the page and if you are unsure you can contact the different companies and provide some information to find out who your contract is with.

What is the difference between the different companies?
Some products we sell are through one company and some of the products are from the factory. If you have the actual contract you will see who is the provider. If not, the dealership may not always be able to determine which provider your product was from as we will list you bought the product but not always whether it was factory or 3rd party. Therefore, calling them will help to determine this.

Does my mileage matter for me to cancel my product/warranty?
Depends, if you are cancelling maintenance (Drivers Plus), Term care or Platinum Plus product (policies that pay for brake pads and/or rotors) or Extended Service Contracts (pay for repairs in the event you have a breakdown or electrical issue) You will be prompted on options to provide us with official mileage at time of cancellation. Since these policies refunds are based on time and mileage at time of cancellation this information is required to complete your refund process.

Are there any products that don't require official mileage to receive my pro-rated refund?
Yes, if you are cancelling a Ding/Dent, Gap insurance or Tire & Wheel. These products only require the cancellation form to be completed and then submitted to the dealership. The only other issue that would be considered is whether or not you still have an outstanding loan on the vehicle from when you purchased. (See Does it matter if I financed the products when I bought the vehicle below.

Can I cancel products if my car was involved in a total loss?
Yes, providing the products are cancelable (see what is not cancellable below) you will be prompted to provide us with official documentation from your insurance carrier showing mileage at time of loss.

What products or protections are not cancellable?
If you purchased any factory maintenance, Cilajet, Lojack or Xpel clear bra, lease excess wear & tear protection. These products may not be cancelled as they have zero refund ability.

Does it matter if I financed the products when I bought the vehicle?
Yes, since you financed the products and have an outstanding loan on the car, the pro-rated refund amount will be sent to that lender and will lower your principal balance on the loan. This results in your loan term being shortened based on the refund amount. (example: Hypothetically, you owe $20,000 on your car and your payments are $500 per month. You have 40 payments left on your loan. You cancel product/s which have a pro-rated refund amount of $2,000. Once the refund posts to your account you would theoretically have only 36 payments left..this is not an exact quote but an example of how it would work)

What if I had a loan but paid it off?
If you originally financed the products but since have paid off the loan you will need to provide official proof of that payoff to receive your refund directly as opposed to it being sent to the bank you originally financed with. When any auto loan is paid off, the bank sends you a letter thanking you for your business and also stating officially that you have paid off the loan. This letter has all information needed by us to issue the refund directly to you instead of the lending institution. In some cases a client wishes to cancel products on a car they plan on trading or selling. Since we are required to issue refunds back to the lending institution if we show on record you financed the products, it would save more time for you to wait for this letter before filing for your refund. Without that letter, the funds would be sent to the bank, the bank would then realize the loan was paid off and send the funds back to us.

What if I had a loan and then refinanced through my own bank?
In this case, the original loan is paid off and you would have received a letter from that bank thanking you for your business and paying off the loan. This document will list your full name, account number and vehicle identification number. It will also show a zero balance on the loan. In this scenario, you will only need to provide proof of the first loan being paid off and the pro-rated refund will be sent directly to you. (this is an exception to the scenario listed in "Does it matter if I financed the products when I bought the vehicle" outlined above)
